Without a strategy in place, your messaging can become confused, it can fall short of aligning with your wider marketing plan, and it can leave a poor impression on your customers. Run live event coverage
In certain situations, bringing in an expert to run live messaging throughout a particular event is the easiest approach to take. I once spent three days battling dodgy Wi-Fi and running from tent to tent at a craft fair, ensuring Twitter, Facebook and Instagram were all receiving regular updates, whilst troubleshooting any incoming issues. I could do it again. (Preferably with much less patchy internet access, if you can arrange it!)
