I was logging in to share a someday summary style post, when the shortened trailer for this movie came on TV. The full trailer, above, soon followed (on my laptop, the short version piqued my interest) and now I just really want to see this movie – and only partly because the two minutes above made me tear up quite dramatically, and I’m a sucker for a good tearjerker. Google describes the plot:
Young and quirky Louisa “Lou” Clark (Emilia Clarke) moves from one job to the next to help her family make ends meet. Her cheerful attitude is put to the test when she becomes a caregiver for Will Traynor (Sam Claflin), a wealthy young banker left paralyzed from an accident two years earlier. Will’s cynical outlook starts to change when Louisa shows him that life is worth living. As their bond deepens, their lives and hearts change in ways neither one could have imagined.
I can’t wait to see it… Has anyone read the book? I’ve just ordered a copy. Tissues at the ready, lads, I have a feeling we’re in for a rough ride ♡
